Have you heard of Twisted Lingerie? Recently launched, the brand is based out of London and describes itself as “deliciously provocative lingerie”. Founder Sophie Thorne has set out to create pieces inspired by luxury, erotic lingerie brands, but without the associated price tag. Pieces start at £17 for an elastic frame knicker, and top out at £38 for a bodysuit, making them fairly accessible. Students even get 10% off!
The debut collection, titled Xenia, is an all-black affair made exclusively from satin strapping and sheer mesh. No, it’s nothing revolutionary, but it is still a very poplar aesthetic and the unusual way the cups on the bralette and bodysuit have been put together is a design I haven’t seen before – at first glance it can look almost like a double-layered piece, one cup over the other. These two would both make for a striking neckline detail, poking out from under a scoop-necked top.
The Xenia collection is designed in such a way that you can mix-and-match to build your perfect lingerie set. Choose from the mesh bralette or the cupless frame bra, then decide if you’re going to pair it with knickers that are high-waisted, Brazilian-cut or crotchless, and whether you want to add a strap-a-licious suspender belt too.
All pieces from Twisted Lingerie’s debut collection come in sizes S-L, covering UK 8-14. However, the brand does mention on its sizing page that they’re working on expanding this range, and you should contact them if you’re after a particular size not currently available.
I’ve been offered a piece to review but you’ll have to wait a few weeks to find out what I chose and to see what I think of this brand from a personal experience perspective. In the meantime, Twisted Lingerie and I are giving one of you a chance to try the brand out too!
The winner will have a choice of the bodysuit, worth £38, or a bralette and knickers set, worth £50. To enter, leave a comment below telling me which Xenia piece is your favourite and why. Don’t forget to record your entry officially via the Rafflecopter widget below, to make sure it gets counted (and once done, you’ll see some ways to earn bonus entries for even more chances to win).
This giveaway is open to residents of the UK, USA or European Union only, and ends on April 21st. Good luck!
