Back to reality after 8 days of non-stop beach ⛱ Back to reality after 8 days of non-stop beach ⛱ This is a 2016 'Vintage Glam' Gottex swimsuit I picked up on Vinted and then slightly customised to make the neckline more secure. Strikes me as a design not really meant to be worn for anything more than sunbathing - a few crystals came off (expected) and the silver piped trim started to peel away (not so much) almost as soon as it went in the water. So I'm glad I didn't pay full price... still like it though. This holiday was SO needed. Felt good to be travelling again! Slowly growing my @atelierbordelle collection. Thi Slowly growing my @atelierbordelle collection. This is the Bondage-Belle soft cup bra, an older version of the Signature soft cup bra, and the discontinued silk Adjustable Webbed Thong, both purchased in the recent sample sale. The main difference on the bra is that they upgraded the regular hook-and-eye seen here to large swan hooks, which feels much more 'Bordelle' because why miss any chance to add additional gold hardware? I still love it though. It didn't even occur to me at the time of ordering, but they're a match for the Caramel-coloured Sub belt I purchased in the previous year's sale so that's a nice bonus as far as styling options go! Both lingerie pieces are a size S and work great for me as a 30DD/UK 6 (although the push-up bra I accidentally also ordered in an S very much did not). Super happy with them - especially in this colour which will be great under lighter fabrics this summer, this is a set that feels highly practical and wearable, without being anything close to boring.
