Naran is an independent Australian lingerie label founded by Caroline Naran, who previously designed for Pleasure State (the brand that made one of my favourite ever lingerie sets). She’s also an artist, creating herself the beautiful prints that are used on some Naran pieces.

This was absolutely one of those love-at-first-sight impulse purchases, and I’m happy to say I don’t regret it. It ticks two of my biggest lingerie style boxes: unusual texture and vibrant green. It was incredibly budget-friendly too, at just $35 (about £26 or 31€).

It’s been quite some time since Agent Provocateur has released either a campaign or collection that piqued my interest enough to write about it. All the way since 2014 in fact. But their Spring/Summer 2019 campaign, titled Pump It Up, has really connected with me.

Anyone with an interest in fetish lingerie or sustainable fashion should have The End on their radar. This is one of the few brands that boasts a commitment to both. The End was started by Bei Kuo in 2016 in New York City.

Silent Arrow is a brand which has only recently been brought to my attention, though it was launched in December 2016. However, I’m very glad to finally be aware of them: both because I enjoy the lingerie, and also because I highly appreciate the social consciousness of Silent Arrow.

Studio Pia is something special. I’ve liked every single design they have launched to date, and that’s unusual. And that has only become truer than ever with the new Spring/Summer 2019 collection, which is my favourite yet.

In the UK, I would sometimes leave things hanging in the bathroom to dry, and two days later they would still be damp! Oh, and smelling awful by then too. The bad odour is caused by mildew. So how can you dry your lingerie in a way that protects these delicate garments, but leaves them smelling clean and fresh?

Opaak is a German lingerie brand that specialises in elegant, sporty designs and sustainable fashion. The brand was founded in 2017 by Agathe Muffert, whose aim was to create cool, modern lingerie without bows, flowers, or decorated lace.

For all my fellow fashionistas who are begrudgingly in need of a nude bra, I thought I’d round up a whole bunch of the prettiest. A lot of these feature lace or embroidery, but there are also a few chic options for those who need (or just prefer) a smooth, moulded cup.

Harlow & Fox is one of those brands I’ve lusted after endlessly, but always assumed I’d never actually own. The label is about as luxurious as lingerie can get, creating utterly indulgent pieces from silk and exquisite laces.
