Halloween is another occasion to be creative and express ourselves through fashion, and sometimes (often), what’s underneath can be part of the celebration. Here is a selection of witchy lingerie that makes me think that spending Halloween at home again this year won’t be so bad in the end.

I am once again bringing you some beaded lusciousness by Love & Swans. I’ve been obsessed with this brand from day one, and every time they release something new I find myself saying “I think this is my favourite yet”. And you know what? I really do think this latest bralette design is my favourite yet!

You can find quarter cup bras at any budget, but today we’re looking at the best of the best: the elegant styles and decadent materials of luxury brands! These bras celebrate the body by framing it with satin, lace, and opulent embellishments.

For a long, long time I just bought plain black tights that I’d wear with everything. I was treating them as something purely practical, rather than thinking of them as an accessory. But that’s exactly what they are! In fact, the right hosiery can even be the centrepiece of your whole outfit.

Earlier this year, I wrote about Beba Lingerie, a Serbian brand that I had at the time just discovered – and it was love at first sight. It was giving me strong Honey Birdette vibes, with maybe a little Bordelle thrown in too, and the prices seemed pretty great for the designs on offer. I simply could not get the brand’s Becca bodysuit out of my head.

Avocouture (formerly Avocado) is a brand I have been wearing regularly since I discovered it in 2015. Not only does their aesthetic align with mine, but the cuts of their bras work incredibly well with my outerwear clothes. The HCQ is what the brand calls a “fusion” between a half-cup and a full-cup bra.

Allow me to introduce you to what I’m already positive will be one of my very favourite collections of the Autumn/Winter 2021 season: Regalia by Studio Pia. It’s inspired by “the decadence and lavish excess of royal court dressing” and, as ever, is centered around some incredible bespoke embroideries.

As always, I am blown away by the level of detail in this Love & Swans lingerie set. What may from a distance appear to be a print is actually an embroidery, which gives it a wonderful depth of texture when seen up close. On top of all this is that other signature design element of this brand: lavish hand-beading.

This summer, the consensus seems to be that we only have one life to live – safely. Bikinis are definitely de rigueur and size ranges are expanding up to KK cups. Here are some of the full bust swimwear brands I recently discovered, or rediscovered, on social media this year.

Lately, I’ve found myself wearing slips more than anything else in my wardrobe – including bras! Like robes, they’re easy to throw on in the morning as loungewear, and I also style many of them as outerwear simply by adding a strapless bra underneath and a skirt on top.
